The Naskira Restaurant is the Chalet’s heart and soul and a perfect complement to it. Open to all (including those who are not staying as guests at the Chalet), it looks out on a lovely terrace with a marvellous view. Deeply rooted in tradition and with the utmost care taken over authenticity, it pursues the twin goals of quality and attention to detail. And now that the HACMAcademy of Fine Mountain Cuisine is a reality, it has also become a ‘laboratory’ for new ideas, experimenting with new dishes inspired by the valley’s culture and reviving old recipes forgotten in the mists of time.
